Pricing questions
Is this billed annually or monthly?
Annual only. There's no monthly billing option — the price you see is the full year, with no recurring monthly charges to track.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again — your license stays active until the end of the current year. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund instead.
Can I upgrade between plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Freelancer or Agency at any time — you'll pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing year.
Do staging or development sites count toward my site limit?
No. Staging and local development environments don't count against your license. Only live production sites count toward your site limit.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout. PayPal is also available.
Do I need both Lite and Pro installed?
No. Lite and Pro are separate plugins — install one or the other, not both. If you're upgrading to Pro, deactivate and delete Lite first.
What happens if my license expires?
Pro features deactivate and a renewal reminder appears in your WordPress admin. Your site keeps working normally — forms and WooCommerce checkout are unaffected, you'll just lose the multi-step experience until you renew or switch back to Lite.
What happens if StepraEngine breaks after an update?
For Pro users with an active license, support will investigate supported builder and WooCommerce classic checkout issues. If the problem requires a StepraEngine compatibility update, it is handled as a patch. Unsupported checkout structures, such as WooCommerce Checkout Block or a fully replaced custom checkout layout, will be explained clearly.
How long do I get support for?
For as long as your license is active. Starter, Freelancer, and Agency all include priority email support while your license is active. Support covers setup questions, diagnostics, compatibility investigation, and StepraEngine patches when a supported issue requires a plugin update.
